Not building yet, I am working on design details. (CADD is great for what I want to do, learning how to use it is...........)

I am definitely interested in any parts which anyone could provide!!!!

I will start a design thread as soon as I get a little further learning this cadd stuff.

I think I have Rick Martin Disease!! RMD is a bitch. You just keep buying stuff possibly related to gyro stuff and parts.

That's just a small pile....I have rotor heads (3) wheels and hardware and aluminum.

I'm a packrat....not a hoarder......REALLY!!! :laughing

That Gabor guy took Behemoth out today, taxied in circles for a while :laughing :laughing :laughing

Then after some adjustments he managed to keep it on the old runway balancing on the mains, back & forth over & over again & again.

Its been my experience in my four gyros that it is a lot easier to fly than balance on the mains.....and way lots more fun!

Well after fighting it for a good while I had managed to take her out. The gyro was pulling to the right so badly I let my feet dangle an it would make a petty tight circle. SO I thought I had my wheels misaligned. After maxing it to the left I had the same problem and it didn't change a damn thing. Then my attention went to the brakes. Sure enough the right side brake was just grabbing very hard. So loosening the bleeder a ted bit had loosened it up just enough. It was time for a little spin up. I was practicing on the closed runway that runs South to North unfortunately the wind was variable 6-7 KTS out of 210 to 240 and the openings between the hangars created some nasty crosswind gusts. So I had grounded myself after a few runs.
I'll look into the videos later see if we get some footage OK?
Thanks Gordon, Jeff and Dave for helping me today. You guys are awesome.
