The CH 7 was a great flyer, It autoed better than any other helicopter I ever flew. The only drawback was the noise.
It was like a giant model glow fuel engine... A screamer

That is one of the GyroDyne RON 1 helicopters. Tip air brakes for yaw, Standard controls.
Powered by either a special piston Porshe or Solar gas turbine. Gyrodyne in 1997 went to property management and no tooling or spares are available. It does fine autos. Most Coax helicopters suffer from weak yaw control power or yaw reversal
Some fixed pitch coax helis are out there and will not auto at all

Vaproware with two examples not flying.
If they went with off the shelf power plants I'd say "Ok" but I see this as an investment scheme

A turbine co-ax seems to hit the sweet spot, at least for me.

I do not trust e-copters, or anything else which cannot glide nor autorotate.
Flying solely by thrust seems spooky.

Sold rights to Eagles Perch and withered away

Met the Brothers at Oshkosh 1995 and lad a long talk with them. Nice guys who knew the limitations of what they made.

What killed it was no autorotation and twin power plants that were over worked on single engine flight.
Enough to get you down maybe...
