You have the Famous Michel Columban designed aircraft in France!!! When I get tired of paying hanger rent I will build a Cri-Cri, what a cool bird!!! Another design of his I like is the MC30!! You ever get to see these planes fly? Resize them the #1 issue is too big batch of bits in a too little server box

I love his buiding manuals, they are full of tricks ... he he a real engineer ! the MC100 a friend of mile mounted a 80 hp diesel (we have light peugeot disel engines) ... he cruises at 220 km/h ... 6 liters per hours ... going from Paris to the south of the country costs him less then doing it by car .. excellent http://gazaile2.free.fr/diesel.php

More info about the lightweight diesel please... I like diesel.. I have diesel tractor, generator, mower and ford f250 diesel.. I like the long EZ very nice.
It was 70* here yesterday so I had to blow the cobwebs off the gyro, flew great was great to be back up in the air again after 2 months of bad weather, being busy, and getting dark early. So today it is warm again and I spent it installing my solar panel brackets to the roof on the hangar.....I am 25% done with the brackets....too many projects.

our weather has just been plane depressing!
it reminds me of Whidbey Island WA. "one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen....3 days out of the year!
as for the diesel, what engine HP does it equate to? 582? 912? I saw nothing regarding power.

Hi, no need to speak french if you want to come in france ... better off learning Arab, you will have less adaptation troubles hahaha
In the Gaz'ailes planes we are using small 1400 cc peugot or cytroên diesel engines (with mechanical fuel pump)
Generally those engines are mounted with timing belts "gear boxes"
they are mounted without any modifications ... they work perfect like they are .
thre are plenty of small engines like this, they generally cost 500 euros ... and they can work for ever .. nearly ...
none of them has ever stoped in flight ..
they burn diesel, bio diesel, jet A1 ... a dream ...
they deliver 55/60 hp @ 5500 rpm (1: 1.9 gear ratio)
they usually weight 70 kg
not enough fo a gyro ...

When I opened the page google asks me if I would like it translated ... Impossible to learn to speak a foreign langage at school, on the other hand school is a good place to learn useful basics needed to learn to speak later .. when I was young I would fly alone to Ireland to scuba dive in remote places where nobody would speak a word of French. Divers were friendly and it was impossible not to end up to the local pub and speak about diving until late in the evening .... the most hilarious story about my english was the time I was in bed with an irish girl .... she starting sayin ... I am coming ... I did not understand because she had been there for 2 hours .... hahahaha I did know why whe was saying she was coming hahahah

yes it is a nice bridge
I know gyroplane pilot who passed under the bridge ... and publish videos ... and got troubles with the police ... some have temporarily lost their licence ...
I passed this bridge going from Clermont-ferrand to Montpelier it was really nice !
France is a nice country to visit of one avoids staying in Paris jungle ... keep in mind that Paris is not a french city anymore ...

Received engine this week, going to start on the conversion of an Air Command SS. Is the Polaris Razor Radiator still the preferred choice for Yamaha Conversions?

Get a large radiator to keep it cool.
