On that line of thought I took a look at Belgium .... they are one of the hardest hit as far as death rates

Very true .... and yes , very little media coverage .... because everyone was focused on the emerging hippy culture (Woodstock) , the moon landing , the cultural upheaval of the civil-rights movements, student protests and the sexual revolution , and of course Vietnam.

ps: ... the mortality rates for the 1968 - 1969 - 1970 pandemic were significantly lower than those of COVID-19 .... not that that makes any difference .... but the COVID19 (extreme) reaction (media and otherwise) was mostly because everyone thought it would be like the COV-SARS outbreak of 2003 (15% death rate) ... turns out it wasn't ... and yes , in hindsight we (government etc) overreacted to COVID19.

I am a show me type and a hard sell. I go by gut feeling and smell. To me this whole coronavirus stinks to high heaven. I am just an uneducated stair builder who can't even build anything straight, so excuse me if I don't have my facts straight. I am also heavily involved in my family farm and do have some very deep connections to very prominent people "in the know"...so if you think I have conspiracy theory marbles rattling in my head, please enjoy your right to continue believing that.

It is in the middle of the night and yet I feel I must type just one example of MANY that I could, but dont have time for.

China is a HUGE threat to our country. China has been buying much of our property and businesses the last several years with our country building them up so economically.

I am also an uneducated farmer, so again, take just the following example as one of those conspiracy marbles rattling in my head. It's your right to think that. It's my right to rattle my marbles.

This one fact effects my pocketbook tremendously as farm commodity prices are directly linked to meat consumption. When you have a few marbles rattling inside an uneducated skull, they get your attention quickly.

Fact....China purchased Smithfield Meats in 2013.
Fact...Smithfield is the largest pig and pork producer in the world.
Fact..They employ 52,000 workers
Fact...Shuanghui group purchased this company in 2013 and it is the largest acquisition of an American company to date.

Let me see if my gut feelings and just general scan of widespread news is having me follow the dots correctly. I wish I had taken daily notes as I know I cant recall all these dots, but we can still draw a picture.

China has its large corporations buy up large portions of American meat production companies. I have only the time and patience to give but one of the many examples here.

The coronavirus leaks out of Wuhan, China either by accident or by plan....you pick which tin foil hat fits .

The Chinese government bosses let it spread everywhere either by incompetence, or on purpose ..again...pick your tin foil hat.

This conveniently or unfortunately happened during the Chinese new year celebrations which allowed roughly 5 million Chinese to travel worldwide spreading this disease.

I distinctly recall the WHO..(World Health Organization...dont even let me start rattling that marble)....this WHO clearly initially stated that this virus unlikely can spread human to human.

There is so much more I could rattle my few marbles, but as patient of a personality type I must possess to build curved stairways...I simply do not have the patience or the time to even open up but just this one layer of this onion.

We are going to all see how this plays out. I have been an extreme optimistic type of personality all my life, and attribute what success I have had by not being afraid to follow my gut. My gut is telling me that we ain't seen nothing here yet.

But, you all have your right to file this as another lost mind.

Not everything is a conspiracy theory just because the media spins it as so.
