Dang that thing is huge!! I wonder if you can go through the wing to get access to the other fuselage?

It prolly has a pipe and a capsule delivery system like they put money in at banks... and pump air to push the capsule through? :noidea

You would fit in the capsule Scotty.... but me and nabs... they would just rub some KY on us and we get in the tube and go .... rawhide? :eek :laughing :rofl :yoda2 :Wolvie

Yeah I was just thinking, there you are on the other fuselage, looking out the window at the other pilot, with the trolley dolly on his lap, and you run out of hot coffee, or donuts....Just saying, I mean you have to think about stuff like this.

Reminds me of this story:

An Air Force C-130 was flying on a mission when a cocky F-16 pilot flew up next to him.

The fighter jock told the C-130 pilot, "watch this !" and promptly went into a barrel roll followed by a steep climb. He then finished with a sonic boom as he broke the sound barrier

The F-16 pilot asked the C-130 pilot what he thought of that.

The C-130 pilot said, "That was impressive, but watch this!"

The C-130 droned along for about 10 minutes, and then the C-130 pilot came back on and said "What did you think of that?"

Puzzled, the F-16 pilot asked, "What did you do?"

The C-130 pilot chuckled, "I stood up, stretched my legs, went to the back, relieved myself, then got a cup of coffee and a sweet roll."

"Any other questions?"

.

I keep thinking there must be a hefty spar in that center wing to keep the two "planes" attached to each other considering all the forces that could buffet the fuselage(s) around.

On the other hand there apparently will be a separate "pod" attached to transport the satellites to high altitude ..... maybe it attaches in the center of the fuselages and adds rigidity to the whole thing.

Anyway , it is good to see Burt Rutan is still inventing new ideas at 75 years of age
