I might have good news, You should all know by now the story of the trees at the end of my runway...
if not here is the "Cliff notes" version:
The guy that owns the land behind me, and beside, and the guy that used to own, the one that built the airstrip, were both millionaires, and they both hated each other, and so the Mr W. liked to raise ducks on his property, and then shoot them for sport...
so now both old crotchety dudes are dead, widow won't cut trees, called cops on me when I asked about removing them... So yesterday I found out that She sold the property and will be out by the end of the month!
So all I know about the new owner is that He is some kind of musician and travels a lot.

So hopefully I will be able to talk to the new owner and get the trees removed!

Don't leaf it to chance!
As the old bat sells it and before new guy moves in, pay some out of town tree service to declare it has a contagious tree disease and cut them down. Use a proxy company name like Tomorrow Realty Today inc.
By the time any one knows what happened, the trees are down for good.
Unless the guy is a pilot, doubtful he will let you cut them. I wouldn't. I like trees.
True I love flying more, but before I was a pilot?, no friggin way.....

Don't chance it. cut them.

Yeah I know, I just don't want to go to jail for cutting down a tree...at least it is not Commiefornia...
But still, Maybe I can get some tree killer on Amazon...
Then I can be stuck with 50ft tall dead trees in my way, instead of 50ft tall live trees..

The first storm will clear them out once they are dead.....don't ask how I know.
The water oaks in my backyard at my friend's house that were 50 feet tall freaking fell like a house of cards.

Yeah Benry...but dang the 530 acre property already comes with a 40 acre tree farm....
Not sure what it sold for, but at one time was listed @ $11.5 million...
I like trees too, but dang nobody likes nasty old dirty pine trees.
