  Do people actually have to be told it is not good to get their eyeballs tattoo'd??  How terrifyingly stupid some people are today?  If people want, they can get colored contacts (non permanent)  I guess this one will go down about as well as those cocktails with liquid nitrogen in them... we have had a few teenagers lose their stomachs from drinking them... It all started with seat belt laws....then on and on to more laws to keep people from getting hurt...
Now if you are stupid, instead of dying a frightful early death, you are spared ( by safety regulations) to breed more imbeciles.... Yeah, it seems the more 'nannified' society becomes, with everything designed to protect precious humans....
