It's good but it is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too full of info and long for a TV ad. It's great for Facebook!!! For TV ad no need for spelling out helicopters, paragliders and all that. Just Bensen Days 2014 Wauchula Florida March 29th. Than at the end you can do your pitch for the blue rays. The popping in lettering is really distracting from the happenings. SHow more gyros please like the landing stuff and Scott's and Roy's smoking footage. You had great shots showing gyros lining up in the sky for eggdrop. Focus on them not on me please. I am not as interesting! Max a minute long please. Thank you

Ok I can shorten it and take out most of the written info (the wording is what took up so much time) its easy to put up short clips. HOWEVER if someone on facebook etc. just has a remote interest in aviation or rotorcraft the wording may stick in their heads, Also I tried to get the www.bensendays.net in a few times so maybe the website will get some traffic. Tried to make it so that the general public viewer will have no confusion about what they can expect to see.
(My theory), I dont care about Monster Trucks, but after watching a monster truck commercial with the "used car, in your face advertisement", I kinda wouldn't mind going to one. : ) Hey, I would think even kids would want to see some guy getting hit with eggs from a gyro or plane. Sounds like fun to me! Thats kinda how I was approaching this video, trying to appeal to people who may only have a slight interest in aviation as well as the veterans of the sport. Thinking if a husband showed his family/kids the video they may be interested enough to check out the main event.
At this point I can modify the video without much effort and make it different lengths. I will work on making a modified version.
Elwood what were you flying maybe I can fix that.

Yes this is great for the social media!!! I have already pasted it all over the place and people like it. Elwood flies the other smoking machine!!!!!!!!!!!! Gerald the one that goes for the TV station has to be just jampacked action and very little wordings. Make it almost wanting to know what those things are..... Kind of baiting type of promo! Thanks.

Did Gabbs actually get hit with an egg? If not... maybe we need to stage that...
Could use it in future BD adds...
I think a balance between more flying stuff, and keeping it informative for non-aviation types is a good idea. There are a lot of folks who would like to fly... they just need a day in the sun at the airport (at a fly-in) to allow the aviation bug to bite them. When the poison is in the bloodstream... it never leaves...

Gabor here is a little shorter PROMO version with the titles less animated and some of the titles deleted. I will try to work on the shorter versions this weekend. Also, Scott and Roys gyro are the ones with the smoke. Is Elwood Scott?

I posted the other video links on facebook, even the Safari helicopters page, and on Hangerchat.com. Videos look good, and that R-66 will be back again this year.
