A simple thank you would have been enough for the morning coffee without all that "how did you get in here" nonsense.

I was thinking about re-using the posts that snapped.
Just bought some rods that I am going to drive into the footings and attach them to the post with clamps.
I think it will work. I don't wanna dig up the old posts.....

If they are wood 4" x 4" posts set in concrete..... tip some gas on the post left in the ground and set fire to it. Add some barbeque coal.... you will get left with a perfect square hole in the concrete.... then get a new post and whittle the very tip start it in the square hole.... then hammer it in. You can use tar or diesel as 'Lube' (and just to annoy the termites) :laughing

No one will ever know the post has been changed :like :pop :yoda2 :Wolvie

Kid comes over last night and says: I pulled up at the house and asked myself why do they have the gate wide open? Then I remembered...... there is no gate there anymore.

Yes you are.
:ultragay
Trying to preserve as much as I can.
Hitting 52 and just refuse to slow down.
I don't believe in magic pills and super diets or expert exercises.
However.... I do believe in eating what your body wants (not mind) and spending that 20-25 minutes in the morning to give it all.
I am still carrying the whole panels (140lbs each) by myself and installing them back on.
The day will come when I will have to ask for help though......but just not yet! :eek
