A walk in the woods helps me relax and release tension. The fact that I am dragging a body should be entirely irrelevant! A simple thank you would have been enough for the morning coffee without all that "how did you get in here" nonsense.

We never gave him any grief?.... I would like to hear how Kermit is going and how many hours ate on it now? I wonder if he has flown off the 40 hours yet?

The award was mailed yesterday. Jane called me via her pastor passing on my message for Jane to call me. I received the whole story, and that I will remain mute about as per my promise to Jane. We all have dropped the ball several times in our lives. If we didn't, we are either lying about it, or have done nothing in our lives. Bottom line is when I took it in my own hands, results were "less" than 2 weeks.
I will crawl back in my hole waiting for another mission. Ha

Yep Stan that is true, I wish it were not, but that is what keeps me so busy, If you want something done right you have to do it yourself, sometimes if you want anything done at all, you have to do it yourself.
Just like with your drywall, if I had to babysit someone doing a job I was paying them to do, I would just do it myself.......

Scott- In hindsight, I should have hung my drywall myself...like I used to.. But Barbara insisted its time for me to let go...and we can afford it. I ended up being on the job anyway just to save this baby. My problem was I am not a drywall taper, I hate that work, and you would not want me finishing your drywall. It will be crappy. So..I was stuck as this guy was contracted to hang and finish.
It ended up very nice, but God forbid what patches would have been her needed around the outlets and ceiling lights. I tore down their first day of hanging, and promoted myself to cut man!

Yes Stan Mama and I just had this conversation the other day, I have to get back on the house and put in some closets, etc, If I am taking time off from work to make sure someone does their job correctly, they will not get paid. I raised my children already, I should not have to stand there and make sure someone does what they are hired for. If I half-ass my job, people could die, so if I hire someone to do a job, I think I will get 2 quotes, one for a job done right, and then how much for a half-ass job, and of course they can decide what pay scale they want to work for..........
Not everyone is like that I understand, the guy that did the cabinets did very nice work, he was not cheap, but I feel I got what I paid for. is that too much to ask?
I know that you get it.
