Interesting joystick arrangement on the bronze machine... I am always a bit worried changing a joystick arrangement for something different (ie: a scaredy cat) :laughing

Also, the whole machine looks very heavy? It would be fine on sealed strips I am sure.

Whose is it? It looks nice and well built :noidea :like :yoda2 :Wolvie

I was there Friday. Heavy fog early. But great after 10am. Not too many people but a good selection of machines. I will try to break the posts up by groups like "heads" or "tails" and my favorite " the view from the rear seat". And since most of us North American pilots haven't seen them a few more shots of te ELA machines.

Some different takes on the way a tail should be built

A few shots of the tandem machines and the rear seat controls, attachments or instruments.

For those a who know this shiny strut was interesting. For those who don't, well it was a heated topic at one time and this is one solution.

First let me say there were many different brands of props on many different machines. If your favorite isn't shown its just because I didn't think at the time to do a prop comparison.

Dont you just love the nanny stickers in the pic above.... "careful, you might hurt your fingers if you touch this"

Phucking let them find out for themselves I reckon :laughing

As for all the labels on everything.... we have to have them as well.... bugger that, if I havent told people what the switches are for, and they are flying my machine.... they must have stolen it :punch ... so hopefully they will end in a smoking hole... :like :laughing

If I have to label it to register, I will.... but the labels come off again until I sell it :laughing :wol2 :Wolvie

Speaking of labels.... why the 2 conflicting minimum octane stickers on the Far Superior Titanium?

It could be, because Europe (Rotax) and the US don't use the same octane rating (?).

IIRC, 95 in Europe is the same as 91 in the US.

But I agree, that's confusing, like mixing degrees Fahrenheit and Celsius.

Cheers
Erik

Well congratulations to Mark for acquiring that beautiful Jake built machine.
Wishing you long happy hours of flight with it.
