This is what I came up with for our GA gyro brothers and sisters.

That's pretty cool Gabs.... I found I had to concentrate to read the writing, maybe darken the writing from the graphics so the words stand out a bit more.... but all in all it is great

Maybe try tires black and just a slight darkening of the letters..... perhaps a pale contrasting background , just a feint color so it is not bright white behind?

. I like the idea of incorporating a Peach Tree into a gyro .... love the Rotor !!! But it does take a while to figure out the words ... needs some highlights or shading or something Then it will be Peachy .

You guys also have to think about keeping it simple for embroidery and T-shirts. 2 colors are pretty much you get to use. There is no shading no pretty fancy light effects blah blah blah. It ain't happening on a baseball cap embroidery ever Practical designs never look sophisticated. I deal with this issue every day I do however appreciate the input. I am way too one "point of view" when I work on things. That's why I like this forum. You guys always give some good pointers. Thanks

I like it Gabor... I would be happy with this on a T-shirt or cap my club made... I would wear it!
I think the comments about the lettering in 'peach' color being a little difficult to make out at first glance, makes sense. I wonder if it is because it is on a white background? Where I am going with this: If it were on a T-shirt, say an earth-tone tan or rust or taupe (medium brown)... would that resolve the issue of seeing the lettering?
I can see Gabor's point about 2 colors and using it for embroydering.... And I am sure sooner or later it will show up in one color on a T or cap.
The only thing I can think of to resolve the initial look on paper... would be two versions: One with a background for printing on paper, The other without a background for adding to T's and caps. If we had stickers made (like Wolverines)... we could do the background on the stickers.
Good work Gabor, appreciate it!
John

Very nice logo. Good job. It encompasses all of the players in a very unique way.
