I am going to go back to groundwork this weekend and if it goes well I will run a few patterns around the airport. Weather is a factor though. Seems like we are having a cold front coming through. I do limit myself to 5KTS wind for now. If I do I'll post it of course.

Gabor....How long will it take you to fly to Zephryhills or Wauchula in the Big B?
Do u have the fuel capacity?
Once one of my 3 gyro's are flying I will be flying to these places rather then driving....
14 gallon capacity in the Wolverine...should get me where I want to go.
Then I can come harass you ppl every weekend or so.

Now that's my language.....lets fly these machines cross country instead of just flying in the pattern. I flew my Quick Silver MX, all four of my gyros and my Helicycle 95% away from the airport. I use the airport as my departure and arrival point.....not tethered to it by flying the pattern......but that is just me.
Get out and go somewhere !

I have a 12 gal tank.Probably 2.5 hours. I am going to fly the 40 hours in the pattern. I want to know if something is wrong with it while close by. But that is just me being too old for crap.

I'll be selling the 582 and the 670 as a bundle pretty soon. Buying a genesis.

Stan I agree but I have found public airports very intolerant of aircraft they are not familiar with. private airports if there is anyone around just seem to ask questions

Funny you should say that Gabor....I was thinking of that as well for an upgrade engine for the A/C before i got a chance to get in that Arrow Copter. My A/C would haul ass with power to spare with an engine like that and a rotax is just too damn much to justify by itself w/o a gyro already wrapped around it! Is the Behemoth getting an upgrade?

Yes. I am selling the one that's on it. Plus I have a 670 in the box Rick would turn the two into a nice 100 HP Rotax with dual ignition from the 582, Mike Boyette has one on his Dominator. It does haul ass. I am also selling off the blades.

So are you saying the 2 motors together will be turned into effectively a 670 modded engine?
Why r you getting rid of the rotor blades ?

Why don't you fly that thing before you tear it apart again?

I will. It won't happen tomorrow. I will fly it like it is for now. I am not tearing it down until I have the Genesis ready to bolt on!
