Helicopter hits powerline ... video

Helicopter sent out to rescue boater from the water and then strikes a power line which cuts (burns through) the winch cable . Looks like they survived ..... amazing . |

So that begs the question, Do you still have to pay for the helicopter rescue, when they drop you back in the water and you have to swim for shore?
