 Helicopter hits powerline ... video

Helicopter sent out to rescue boater from the water and then strikes a power line which cuts (burns through) the winch cable

. Looks like they survived ..... amazing

So that begs the question, Do you still have to pay for the helicopter rescue, when they drop you back in the water and you have to swim for shore?
