I don't think there are any tandems that could match the agility of this one but that is due to their length.
However I have seen Ron Awad do some magical flying with his Dom.
That guy can fly the shit out of anything. As a matter of fact I was hooked on gyros after seeing his video of flying down the runway at about 20 feet high and chop the throttle, do a 180* turn and land the damn thing.
Impressive. To say the least..... nonetheless it does beat up the machine if they are constantly used in this manner.
I did see the time he bent the keel and cut the rudder cable as he dropped in a bit high for spot landing.
Shit will happen when you push the machine to its limits.
Dominators do very well in the air though. It is pretty impressive what they can do in an experienced hand.
But that doesn't mean that there aren't there other designs that are capable.
I am pretty impressed with the performance of the SportCopters
I think the only design that is still not figured completely out are the RAFs having too many modifications that are failing way too often.
At the same time I am sure there are some RAF owners and operators with a perfect track record.
I do like the Eurotubs for one reason and that's their stability and ease of operating.
They really are feet and hands off by the very meaning of the word.
Agility is secondary. They were not designed to do all that shit.
Proof is the Dubai accident. Yeah...you can push them but in case of one little mistake and they are unforgiving at high speed.
Either way. That video is very impressive and demonstrates a lot of things about gyros.
I am glad there are guys out there making videos like that.

A simple thank you would have been enough for the morning coffee without all that "how did you get in here" nonsense.
