Soooo in the face of embarrassing myself publicly (not the first time) the Queen had one of her client moving to Texas to be close to the cancer center due to illness and had a brand new sleep number bed they needed to get out of the house by Thursday. So she gave it to us just for the taking. It went into the guest room so now our guests get to sleep on a freaking air. Anyways. It had replaced the bed my daughter used to have which was a nice Eurotop mattress and all also new. So my wife say hon would you help me to take this to one of my clients she has no money and a 28 year old mattress. She says don't say anything don't look around it's gonna be an old lady with a diabetic cat so the smell will be bad and all.....
So we pull up and this itty bitty old lady walks out gives me a good ole hug and just floored of the sight of the new mattress. She is the happiest old lady I have ever seen..... So we put the new mattress in the bed frame and I am walking out to gather the straps and my wife say she was gonna make her bed and come after me..... Man.....a simple little thing like this can bring tears to the eye of even an asshole like me. My wife is a freaking Saint! I am telling you. I did marry wayyyyy up!
That little ole lady had the best sleep of her time I bet!!!!
Just wanted to brighten the day for ya'll. Do something good for someone. Makes your heart swell.

It's good to do good things, but it's not always easy to be manly while doing it.
It's usually the dust that gets me, or sudden allergies, or...

My guests all sleep on air.... and that is what I feed them too :noidea Just ask FJ... :laughing

The air is hot, mind you :rofl

Yup, good to do good things.... I have just given the motorised granny scooter I bought for dad to use, to a lady at moms old peoples home... this lady (worker) is having issues with her own mother at her home (not work) who cant walk at the moment... so she will be able to zoooom down to the shops or whatever :laughing

Just charging the batteries, cleaning it and painting the bumpers for it and will take it over on the weekend :like :yoda2 :Wolvie

Good karma... might come back around one day :noidea
