Mike just had a Hendecuple bypass Tuesday. Yes Hendecuple. What? He has a big heart! Anyways. Wishing him a quick and successful recovery just like Jake! Get well Mike! And stop fucking around with this crap.

Thanks guys. I'll make it through this okay. It was just a bit of a shock to go from a slightly abnormal ECG to triple bypass! But I told the Doc to just get 'er done, it won't fix itself. When I'm felling a little less sore, I'll measure my cut to compare to Jakes, but I doubt I'll win, cuz we all knw Jakes goes all out!

Get well soon and if there is anything you need just let me know.

Any update on how you are feeling Mike? As in, do you feel any better/different straight away?
I guess the worst thing at the moment is if you sneeze or laugh? I know when the imp rolled onto me a while back, if I felt a sneeze coming on, I had to stop it before it happened.... because it would have been agony to actually sneeze (pretty sure I had cracked my sternum)
Just wondering if you can feel any immediate improvement or if it takes time to feel improvement?

The canula under my nose just barely extends into the nostrils. I have been off of it since I got out of the hospital Friday.
I haven't felt any improvement yet, but then again I didn't really feel bad before. I guess the blockage was slow in building and I was just attributing any slowdown to age and lack of exercise. Once I get over the soreness of having my chest cracked open, I should see an improvement because everything beyond the initial blockages was good.
And yes, a burp, hiccup or sneeze can be quite painful. I have to hug a pillow tightly to my chest when I feel it coming on, and even then it hurts. Farting ain't no fun either if I have to strain a little. When I feel fart coming on, I go for a little walk to loosen things up and cropdust my sisters, or anyone else hanging around! That'll teach them to be all motherly! LOL.
Everyday I move a little more. I walked 1/2 mile yesterday in 2 quarter-mile segments. I was a little whipped but not bad for being 5 days out of surgery.

HAAAAA .... crop dust your sisters with farts ..... HAAAA
All the best for a speedy recovery Mike. I continue to be impressed at how rapidly bypass patients recover these days compared to when I was in training 25 years ago.
Just goes to show how tuff wolverines are Good on both of you.... And everyone else
Gotta tell you my canadian wolverine story
I fart through my pekker !!!
Funny as hell , true story , nurses are involved
Not sure if I should tell you the details.

What the hell .... here goes .... I have survived bladder cancer but they keep giving me chemo treatments for the past 2-3 years. Nurse grabs my pekker , slides in a nice soft rubber tube , Has a big syringe full of the liquid chemo stuff , gently pushes the plunger and fills my bladder.
Trouble is they have a big air gap in the plunger and pump that in too so that it pushes all the liquid up the tube .
Hold it in for a couple of hours , then get rid of it just like a regular piss .... but at the end all the air comes out like long skinny fart ... those little lip things on my pekker flap like crazy ...

My pillow is exactly like yours. And I hold it, and squeeze it , and rub it, and occassionally drool on it.
I was trying take a shit when I first started reading this thread, but my bowels aren't operating in their usual manner. Normally I shit 3 or 4 times a day after eating, but not this week. I ate a lot of fruits and veggies this afternoon, so we'll see what shakes loose. My sister may be sorry she stayed over tonight!
