That is good :laughing :laughing

When I was a kid, I bought a 22 rifle and took it to a friends farm, where he had a quarry so could scrape a wall, draw a target, shoot it, then scrape it and draw another target.... I thought I was pretty shit hot, so when I got back to the car, I decided to put a 20c coin on a wire fence..... not on a grounded post, but on a stringer (held up by the wires) :killme I went back about 30' or so, lined up and let one rip :like :shoot instantly I felt a pain in my forehead and naturally patted it and looked for blood :eek I was shitting bricks.... no blood :laughing but the bullet hit the coin and stuck to it, they both pushed the stringer away, then the wire sprung back and threw the coin and boolit straight back at me :realcrazy

Scared the crap out of me, I was sure I was about to cark it :violin :laughing :laughing :wol2 :Wolvie

Obviously, 17 years old.... wasn't as smart as 17 year olds today :noidea ask them, they will tell you :laughing :rofl :wol2 :Wolvie

Don't shoot them straight. Angle the shots to the target in case there is a ricochet.

I learned that lesson shooting a pellet rifle. I thought a bee had stung me.

.

I have been hit in the forehead with "splash back lead" .... shooting a 22 at a big flat rock at close range.

I have also been hit with a literally exploding rock. On the farm my dad had cleared some land and we boys were in charge of burning the brush piles .... we discovered if you dug up a cold limestone rock and threw it in the hot fire it will explode .... was fun until the pieces of rock started hitting us

.

Yeah, at cowboy action shooting, the onlookers definitely need their eye protection.... there is always lead hitting behind the firing line.... only small fragments, but you feel them for sure :eek :laughing :laughing

unlike this poor guy in the vid... if it is real.... another case of the camera being waved around and blocked with fingers and stuff.... prolly a setup/fake :noidea could happen I guess :realcrazy :Wolvie
