Congrats on the new ride Henry! If anyone is interested in the Z'hills area, London Ivey is promoting Kangook & Dudek Paramotors. Here he is flying around Hilton Air Park https://www.facebook.com/FlyKangook/pos ... 7718697744. I have known London and his family for many years and he is very reputable. He can be reached at 813-966-8320
Party on!

Big bucks? I dunno, you buy a piece as you need it....I got a chute and motor, next I can get a two place cart...it hasnt cost me as much as a Sportcopter.....that I bought twice!
Flying is going well, im so concentrated on what comes next that I havent had a real fun flight yet! Its coming...but I gotta master the basics first. Im being very strict in my flying, I dont want to be without an aircraft ever again!

Okay, so I just finished my 11th successful flight.
Im not exaggerating when I say each flight.has been better.than the last.
My equipment is doing fine except for the already mentioned damage. I don't see a point to getting it cosmetically nice untill I am sure Im done landing on my butt!
I used my runners today for the first time. My ground track speed went from 26 to 34 mph. I sufficiently impressed, as I used.to enjoy 35-40 mph loitering in my gyro on a relaxing flight.
So in that respect, Im very happy. My loiter time just tripled!
My take offs are nice and getting smooth, but still in my opinion way to long...gotta work on that. Shorter is safer...
Had a textbook perfect landing today, and I actually landed right about where I wanted! No long walk to the truck, I just put it down 50 yards from my tailgate.
The winds were zero mph this morning and it took 15 minuets to set up and start my run! Flew for 19 minutes and decided to stop while I was still having fun.
Also tried some straight and level at about 20 feet altitude, was going well for about 100 yards and started to gradually climb.
Made a couple of agressive turns, to the right seems easier, not sure if its a p factor or torque thing, ill read up on it.
Gear packed up and stowed for driving in 4 minuets, so my transit time is much less than with the gyroplane.
Not as firm feeling in the air, more like a fixed wing with pockets of bumpy air over big buildings and such. But all in all very comfortable. Not as comfy as my Sportcopter seat, but hell my lay z boy isnt either, Jim sure made that seat right. Ever tell you guys about the time I fell asleep while flying?;)
Anyway, much to love about the ppg, some negatives, but so far none are major issues.

WOW, TALK ABOUT SHITTIN IN HIGH COTTON!
I got moved from Hope AR up to Oswego Kansas this weekend.
The trailer park I'm at is not only beautiful and well maintained, but out my back door, (literally) is an 300 meter grass strip!
Owner of the park tried his hand at gyroplanes!!!! and gave up due to health reasons.
Told him about the paramotor and he said go for it!
Not shitting you my ramp door opens onto the airstrip!!!

I'm gonna love it here:)

Put the moving puzzle together. Then the properly fitted pieces stop moving!

It'll only take a M-I-N-U-T-E.
But not if you want to dance the M-I-N-U-E-T!

For all of us who like to fly, even the PPG guys like Benry, who has gone to the DARK SIDE! :yoda

The above photos are a bit fuzzy, 'cuz they're screen grabs off of lower-resolution videos.

Usually Mr. Bowman flew his gyro tilted from minor to major degrees as he flings it about in the skies. Hard banks, spinning turns coupled with extreme nose-down attitude, vertical descents that are riding on the edge of darting away quicker than snot, flying sideways and then straightening out while also changing direction in an instant.

The last few pics show him flying level, an unusual attitude for him, for very long. This guy evens turns off his engine sometimes to land with a dead prop! But, he sets down only long enough to pull on that rope, and away he is, off to cavort about the skies once again.

Makes me assume he'll be doing the same with his ppg, since now the world is his runway!

:yoda To the DARK SIDE, gone has he!
