Sorry to hear about Tommy backing out, did he mention what kind of health issues? have known him for several years great guy. Honestly he is used to flying the RAF all the time. and he even told me the air command was un nerving to him. it may have been for the best. if he had crashed it due to pilot error, you would still never live it down. Honestly I am kind of glad I parted out the Commuter H-1B,as if someone had bought it and crashed it, ole Wonnie would have a field day as would some others.
james at one time really wanted my Commuter, after him killing him self in the helicycle, I am so glad he did not buy mine.
facts be damned..... I would never hear the end of it.
I am sure if you have it priced right, the Behemoth will have no problems selling.

Well. My first time listing on it went bezerk and the inbox was overflowing. Let's hope it happens again. I will however not piss it away. I don't do that I don't need to sell it. Only would be nice to have some cash for the tractor. Soooooo it may not even go

Gabor- Your Behemoth is a one of a kind beauty. It will sell.
Can't say enough about deposits.
Tim..James Lee crashing really bothered me. That was one of my reasons to sell mine. I am so disconnected from flying now...I feel fortunate to have filleted out that experience...then walk away while I was ahead...I ended up with over a thousand rotorcraft hours...and there will be no more.
