yeah to bad we can't get Stan to make the trip. bet the street in orlando will never be the same after I marked my turf out the window... that motel we all stayed at the day we left was crazy, I think we are lucky to have survived that night... since moving here I have learned there are some parts ya just don't want to go to at night and I think we where in one of them..lol

Are you going to hang around Fl. any after bensen days? or just make a bee line back home?

Looks like the sites are going like...uh...like things that are going. Just like last year.

I suppose the rumors that it won't be as big as last year due to the conflicts are just so much phlegm into the wind.

Excellent!!

Sites are selling out rather fast! We kind of like it.
There are always people who want us to fail.....
But those have no effect on things at all.
I don't think it is possible to stop something great like Bensen Days.
Even if some dead set on trying to.
We are going to have a great Bensen Days 2015.
The rest remains a myth and the hearsay.
At the end those voices ringing hollow and no one really hears them.

Hi Jon
I'm trying to register Dave Bacon and I but the select Campsite is disabled = Greyed out!

How do I select a campsite?

Help Mr Computer Wizard before they are all gone?

John did you click stay on site at the bottom of the page? If you don't by default it has put you off site.
Then you can pick your spot.

Sorry John,

I just can't match the speed and efficiency of Gabor's technical support. His answer was, of course, quite correct. It won't let you select a campsite if you say you are staying offsite. I am glad he was able to provide a quick solution and that you were able to register.

Perhaps I should have considered an option to stay in both places for folks with multiple-personality disorder, but the voices in my head told me not to.

John- I appreciate your strong desire to have my stupid butt at Bensen Days, but too many things going on that needs my attention then. Our addition will be having the exterior masonry going on, a new roof on the whole house is likely in April, my shooting league spring session will interfere, and most importantly Barbara needs some help until she gets her knee replacement surgeries.

Bensen Days got along just fine without me for many years and the world goes on without a fart without me!

I will be remembering the good times we had that most likely will just be a memory from now on....such is life, but I will cherish the memories. I am fading away. I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to attend Bensen Days 9 years. My different direction in life is creating some new exciting experiences that I must give most of my attention to. At least I can share some of them here.

No, because it is hidden !

Perhaps then, Jake, you could explain this. I consider it one of the great mysteries of life. Why would anyone want to hide their own driveway and then put up a sign telling people they did it?

Why in the world would they want you to fail? Is it the event or you personally?
Or both?
I know we had assholes here that thought we were not entitled to use" their" airport and wanted us gone.
Karma for the most part has bitten them in the ass.

Both. The club and me running it. We were told with Jake that our arrogance will drive Bensen days attendance to as low as a local group get together.
Yep. We sure did.
