You are hearing it first!

PRA's website will be down for backing up and upgrading the forum software they bought but never got running.
It's not ever going to compete with this forum as anyone can view a thread but only PRA members many respond to ask questions.

However it will have one feature that may help expand our passion and knowledge of rotorcraft and is why I'm actually bring the forum software up.

That is virtual chapters where anyone in the world may join and the meetings are held by keyboard and responded to over a few days to account on time zone and language differences.

Also the BOD and all the Chapters will have there own groups for meeting as they wish to post news letters at least etc.

More announcements as soon as we have notified all the chapters. However this site already knows most of the story...

I'll work on it tomorrow ..... a lot of copy - paste the email addys ... & 1/2 of them are out of date!!!

This has not been voted in but is on the agenda and will need to be tested! So this is only my person desires and solutions and not an official PRA position or announcement.

Also heads up we have the tools to fix the CHAPTER non-current information problem as well as a new batch email program and chapter joining pages to advertize for and feed them new members.
You and Mark Green will need training but it will solve this problem once and for all and it's automated so folks fill out and Chapters maintain their own information and can use the batch email program to notify their members and or PRA members and guests about their events and activities.

PRA is so small but we have MOST of the BEST PEOPLE which is our most valuable asset!
