I read in 'The Economist' (the longest running and most respected news/business magazine in the world); that science has taken a serious hit... Seems 'peer review' and 'replication of results' are no longer important when a paper is published... nor when research is deemed 'true'. And many tings affecting our lives (including food, drugs, etc) are based on this same science that is no longer proven out...
