You'll do fine! I have confidence in you......even if you don't! You are the kind that operates well under pressure. Your drive is what matters. Knowledge is nice to back it of course but just be confident. Even if you don't seem to know what the hell he is asking...... Just act confident and let him talk when you get in a bind ....... they are all insecure little fuckers who feel the need to show off time to time. Ok when it happens don't laugh out loud because you remember what I said. Go get it!

magni01 wrote: Hi Gabor, I also rec'd both my calendars in the mail yesterday.
To no surprise it was of the highest quality. I caught my wife and son flipping through each month enjoying the pictures this morning while eating breakfast.
My son just turned 20 years old this month, I used to fly him all over the place when he was little. First in the power parachute then in the gyro.
In 2004, I flew him to Mentone and Oshkosh hoping to spark his interest in aviation, thinking he would grow up loving it as much as I do. Didn’t seem to turn out that way, I think those long flights burned him out. I never realized how cold and windy that back seat was until I gave my wife the front seat one evening flying over to Greenville IL.
In 10 years since that flight to Oshkosh and Mentone, my son has never once asked me to take him flying again. After flipping through the calendar asking many questions about all the different gyros…… he said “When can we go flying again dad? “ I think the calendar just might have sparked his curiosity in flying again. WOOO HOOO!
Thank you so much for offering these beautiful calendars and getting them out so fast.
1st pic – Son freezing in back seat on the way back from Oshkosh 2004 2nd pic – Son flying front seat.
Darren Twellman I was the same way when I was a kid, got to fly with my dad alot in my pre teen days. I liked flying planes the problem was I flew them by remote. my dad lost interest in flying years ago and got sick and died of cancer and then I got a chance to fly in a two seater ultralight when I was about 20 that lite a fire under my ass that I will never regret. ;)

Went by the post office earlier today... low and behold there was this envelope from Florida... and it had some really BEAUTIFUL pictures of rotorcraft all over the pages inside... AND... I can tell the day of the week with it also... THX Gabor, for your effort. You have exceeded yourself on this one! But then again, the next year calendar will probably be even better... because I will probably be in it... THX again! GA

Oh great! I am glad you like the calendar. It is kind of nice to have a bunch of helis and gyros in it! I am going to be interested to see how long it takes them to get to OZ though and Europe. Thank you all for the donations we are very grateful for your support of our club. Life is grand!!!!

Have not heard from you in a while. Was at the PeachState hanger earlier today (Saturday)... we have a new guy named Kurt (retired professional FW pilot), just got an AirCommand with a Subbie EA81. He was eyeing my engine (formerly yours)... and asking questions. Would you be willing to send along some information about building up an EA-81, so I can pass it along... or talk to him directly by phone or Email? He is new to gyro's, however seems like one that is gonna hang around. Gabor has talked to him on the phone. THX John/GA

What I do know: The engine has been rebuilt, head work, cam, lifters, is supposed to be around 100HP. Would LOVE to get the specifics.
