That would be the same time I am going to attend the AA meeting.......does that qulify me for the "Wings" program?

A simple thank you would have been enough for the morning coffee without all that "how did you get in here" nonsense.

It's on the east side of the airport, you can see "EAA" on the top of their hangars on the aerial photos/maps. Their monthly meetings are 2nd Sat @ 10:00

I've been to a couple of their "Young Eagles" events. They do those monthly except during summer. Next one is Sept.

Cool,I would love to get back active with a local chapter, sounds like we picked a good area to move to.
now if i can find a good Heli CFI in the area will to fly a rare hillman hornet I would be set.

Turns out my Business partner that is a CFII now has some health issues. oh well at least there are flight schools in florida. just don't want to train in an R-22.

Yep, had a lot of fun Visiting the Wolverines hanger. Cindi was just like one of the Guys helping Gabor. I enjoyed Talking to Larry,Gordon and Albert. had a wicked thunder storm roll thru and Cindi loved that. Looking forward to getting moved in August and spending more time out at Deland.

check out the B-25J talk about gun porn... :)

It is a great place. I truly love the fact that you do have the ability to keep yourself current in an environment where you are surrounded by other aircraft. For someone that is used to be in a pattern with others and used to having to communicate with others it is an important aspect. I love KDED and the fact that it is a short drive from home and work.

Glad to see all the activities at KDED.
I'm back in the hood after a fantastic trip to South Africa and Namibia. Besides the trip itself, I was educated on what has to be one of the top gyro places anywhere. Huge gyro community both in South Africa and Namibia, and what an area to fly in. I'm already planning a 10 day trip to do a course in mountain flying and formation flying in a couple of years. As soon as I get all my pics and video sorted out I will post the full story.
I plan to be at KDED all day Friday. I want to get my rotor balnce issue sorted out, and go fly!!!!!!!!!!

I want to help you with the props. I can't leave Friday though. Can we do it on the weekend?

Props I checked last time; I think they are OK.
After talking to some guys in South Africa, I think the next thing to check for is a rotor blade tracking problem. So I will at least get it off, check the obvious, maybe reverse it like Des recommended. I'll be around weekend as well. Checkout their magni infested hangar. My friend Jean is pushing out the white one we flew in. Man that thing flies like a machine twice it's weight.
