I have this Video and a few others on VHS tapes that I got a long time ago. I can only imagine what that many hueys flying over at the same time would sound like. |

That fort ruckers is still there and the other practice strips around it ..... if you zoom in on the main LZ it is covered in blackhawkes or cobras or something (go to googlemaps) Wouldn't want to accidently fly thru there on your way from florida to texas |

I can only imagine the sounds of being there when the 400 training hugh's choppers were buzzing around.... let alone when they got their wings and went on to the hugheys I bet a few flight controllers had nervous breakdowns along the way I wonder how many collisions they had what a nightmare/daymare |
