Ok seasoned helicopter guys, if you had this property and wanted to land a helicopter on it, where would you build your pad?

note the car port in the yard is beat and bent up, so had thought hey cut it off the posts and use the concrete pad as a landing pad.

now that said there from the View of it would be a lot of area to land in if the trees where cut down more.

also to the left of the driveway is a low power pole feeding to the house.

Anyway, if the place passes inspection this Friday, this will be our new home. already under contract and escrow payment sent.

so yep by mid august we will be living in Florida. just a bit more north then planned.

that I do not know yet, have not seen the house in person yet, places selling so fast we bought it after seeing it online and having a good realitor go make a walk around video of the inside and out side. looked it over well on Google and Bing maps. going to see it friday when we meet the home inspector.

We will be in De leon Springs at 9 a.m. to meet with the home inspector, then after that we will just be exploring the area. I can't wait to see this place in person. we looked at 1 house on marsh rd. in Deland, and by the time I could E-mail about it, it was already sold. then the Realtor we are working with, she found us this place, we looked at the pics and researched the area and decided if we really wanted to get a place around there we better drop the hammer and make an offer. The Realtor knowing we are still in n.c. was nice enough to drive out to the place that same day and make a video of the inside and out side.

get this Gabor, her and her Husband both skydive at Deland.

I have your Number in my phone so when we get there I will call ya.

gives us room to move around and invite company over. no kids, Cindi already has 2 that are grown and she can no longer have kids so it all good.

besides the thought of me ever reproducing is truly scary.
