The fact that I am dragging a body should be entirely irrelevant! A simple thank you would have been enough for the morning coffee without all that "how did you get in here" nonsense.

It flew but was deadly as hell. I sold it and the new owner crashed it on first flight. It's the same engine used on the German V1 "Buzz Bomb". You have to get it started by blowing air in from the front. When the gas ignites, it tries to escape, but valves at the intake then close. The gases runs out the long pipe and inertia creates an underpressure in the combustion camber. New gas is sucked in and the process repeats. A ramjet otoh has no moving parts and works at high velocities only. They have been used on model planes - but rarely. If I tried using one today, my neighbours would hold a necktie party...
