This past weekend I reached a couple of milestones. I completed 100 hours of flight, and 50 passenger flights in the Aviomania. Laura was my first and my 50th. Two weeks before, I completed my longest cross country flight of about 130 miles from FD 92 to Cedar Key. The machine is flying just fine, with no issues that I am aware of.

A couple of weeks ago, a couple, Pedro and Carolyn who were staying at Danville (more on this later) drove up to my end of the strip because they heard I had a Gyro. They asked if I could take them up so I arranged for them to meet me the following morning at 8 to take advantage of the cooler temps and smoother air.

They showed up on time and both enjoyed the ride. Then a couple of days ago, Pedro sent me a link of a video he put together of our flights. I will warn you its pretty long, but the production values are very good, the man knows what he is doing. I will post the link at the bottom of this thread.

Now Danville. Danville is a wedding venue at the other end of my strip owned by my neighbor and friend Dan Shaw. A few years ago he started putting his mancave, in his hangar on Air BNB. It became very successful, so much that he now has 4 units that he rents on Air BNB and he is one of their superhosts.
Here are links to two of his venues, the man cave....https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/7214350?s=51
and the crazy-coolest one the treehouse yurt. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/19796759?s=51
If you are every looking for a different Florida get away you might want to consider one of his rentals.

Let me know when your coming and I will do my best to take you flying while your here. Ok, back to the story here is the video that Pedro took.

Hope you enjoy it.
