What kind of helmet ?

What helmet does this liner fit? and what kind of plug is this?
I have acquired a helmet liner with Bose haedphones and mic, I was told it is used in the blackhawks. Just wear the headset like that Scott... with some split glass flying goggles and a 'snoopy' scarf.... (just not too long a scarf)
