Just remembering the incredible elation I so fortunately captured on the Gopro exactly ONE YEAR AGO!!! Thanksgiving 2012 Saturday @ dawn ......  . Wondering IF I'll ever find "the magic" again   .... certainly the naive joyful innocence is long gone ... OZrora's pitch-pivot bolt failed .. ... in less than 8 hours Hobbs-time! after this video was taken ... most certainly it was partly fractured already.....  Rejoicing in the protective forces that kept Desmon & myself safe from a potential catastrophe back in May!  Hard to see past the horrific list of gyro community losses & "near-misses" ... affecting us all these last 18 months ! :  Remembering Andy Tille, Sam LaBruna, Chris Bowen, Dr Paul, Doug Goodman, Scott Adair, Ed Wiggins, Jim Lafayette, Steve Weir ... their grieving families & close friends..... SO many expensive lessons learned ..... also Don Hunthrop ... who has seemingly dropped out of all gyro-connections & only William Clark has had his rolled-over Aurora rebuilt ... & is reportedly flying again.  :censored::tape:  _________________  |

 _________________  A walk in the woods helps me relax and release tension. The fact that I am dragging a body should be entirely irrelevant! A simple thank you would have been enough for the morning coffee without all that "how did you get in here" nonsense. |
