Hey Florida guys,
Wrens gyro fly-in is only 6 weeks away. Hope to see you and your gyros again this year!
Here are the details:
http://www.peachstaterotorcraft.org/eve ... s-fall-fly
Please let me know if you plan to attend, and also if you plan to bring your gyro.
Florida attended with nice contingent of gyros last year. Can we reproduce that?!
I’m working on getting Eric and Callie Bruce to come up with one of their gyros. Who else can we get to attend? How about Jeff Hartog (loftus) or Slow Joe? I don’t have their contact info… Others?

Hope to see you (and your gyro) there!

I am going to try, I missed the last 2 years due to "family" obligations.
If I can get the time, I am going to try to get my gyro finished!

Great Idea! I am going to plan to help someone move that weekend, or be out of town at a lawn mower convention. :eek

Just tie a few old gyro parts and bolt a couple of wheels onto the trailer, standing up like they are on a gyro.... :like

When you get there say "Phuck!! It was there at the last gas stop!!??" :eek :drama :noidea :lie :yoda2 :Wolvie

Then you might get the 'unluckiest' award... (the wooden spoon)

OK it looks as if Lofty and I will fly up in the Tangerine Dream Scream and Larry and Bernice will see if they are open for that weekend and we can try Phil and Shirley. Abid and Greg with Danny we ought to hook up midway and fly together?!

Wrens does look like a real kicker this year. If weather is good, it should be one of the biggest in many years. I will be flying the White Tango gyro over from Cedartown with the possibility of some company from other cross-country capable gyronauts if weather permits.

I've started wishing for rain and storms as hard as I can for that weekend.

This, because it never actually works for me. If I wish for good weather, we can expect a hurricane.
