Thanks Mom. I did however scare the crap out of Jeff. I calmly told him "hush now we are even"

Yeah. Raking is a great pastime and a lot cheaper than buying new blades.

I just wanted to thank you for understanding the decision l made today. Not everyone was that kind to me. This is how they were greeting me back at the hangar. To top it the Zephyrhills group had sent me a message too. Nice people. Just sayin'....who needs enemies when you have friends like these?

Ok so if the Video works you can see Gabor has great control of his machine. Sorry the audio sucks, i was trying to get rid of the wind noise my camera always picks up, i used part of a band aide on it to cover the mic. this idea was a Fail.
As you can see by the Pics Gabor is very happy with his machine now that the brakes work and everything is running good.

In the second photo down, where Gabi has his arms spread out (Animal's photo's); I couldn't help but laugh..... He put me in mind of a very cold little old man, trying to show us how high he bounced off the runway.....and he's saying "....so I flyed, right? I flyed?? I flyed??? Like Petrie.....in "Land Before Time" .

Scrubbed. I did some more balancing and waited for Greg to arrive but he couldn't make it. Went up with Jeff did a landing and a half ass take off with an ugly wheelie on the right side and called it a day. The wind has changed direction by time we got around in the pattern. I know my limits and called it a day. There is next time. Sorry guys but l rather not jeopardize the machine. It will happen soon lol.
Good for you Bro!!!
Never a time when we have to fly... Only when we are ready to fly.
When it happens... all will be right and you will know.

It sure looks to me that you are ready for a down-the-runway take-off run.....of course only you know for sure.
Your balancing on the mains control looks very good, especially when considering how low your airspeed appears to be. I imagine you will do some practice balancing runs at near to takeoff speed before leaving the ground.
That sure is a nice sounding and quiet engine exhaust, and prop..... Thanks for the video Gordon!

Yup... all in good time.... and when you do get to fly, you need to just have a mate or 2 there and not a huge audience.... then just start with some hops.
How does it feel for thrust now you are only using 2 blade prop? Does it feel like it has plenty of thrust?

2 blade props are the most efficient. Plenty of push even for my #120 - #130

You got a lot more useable video than I thought there would be. I'm glad you know how to edit and put it all together. I didn't have my tripod!! Had to clean out the truck to start moving!!!

Because the increase of engine HP with the modernization of gyros brings the technical difficulties with it. You can't fit a large enough 2 bladed prop to use up your HP efficiently. Sooooooo the next best thing is adding an extra blade and bleed off your ponies.
