My wife Barbara adds a lot to my life that I haven't been sharing enough of. Her flowers are blooming all over the place. Its an oasis of tranquility when I come home from my stairshop. She wants very much to stay anonymous....but her stuff that she does blows me away. She is having some severe challenges, and my mission in life is to smooth her path.

More pictures. The last one is an aerial shot from my Turbinator of course. What I want to show in later flight pictures is the room addition that will turn my home in to a U shape home. Barbara has bad knees....and will be seeking a knee replacement surgery this winter. I need to move her laundry room upstairs. That is why the trees were being chopped up the other day. The room is going into one row of the blue spruce trees. I am going to have it all blacked in this year.....then as you can see....my roof needs replacing....so the new addition and my whole roof will be replaced next spring.

Got to love projects.....and this is a major one for me. I will be pouring the footings myself.....hiring out the block foundation....but will frame the 800 square foot addition....20 ft. x 40 ft..... by myself. This isn't just a laundry room, but also a room for her to work on puzzles.....gift wrapping...and just sitting in front of an arched top window reading. Of course the window has to have a curve in it!

That is beautiful. All those colors and green too! Instead of that white shit that covers everything in the winter time.

That is a really nicely manicured lawn with lots of pots :) How's that sand filter working for you? i am thinking to upgrade to one of those. And maybe going toward the salt based pool. I am sick of buying all the chemicals just that a rain can mess it up the next day :badluck :badluck :badluck

A simple thank you would have been enough for the morning coffee without all that "how did you get in here" nonsense.

Gabor- My pool is just a glorified horse tank! I love the sand filter....it is so simple to operate. On a timer....throw a 3 inch chlorine tablet in the skimmer occasionally...slosh a little algaecide in the pool...and its stays crystal clear. When I took this area shot....it was still a little cloudy from opening the pool. The grandkids are coming next week for a pool party and I will post some pictures. It has been 90 degrees and humid....hate the humidity....my stairshop is cool like a meat locker...and I escape to the pool.
