I love "concept" vehicles.....always lots of hype and unrealistic goals...
Here is a new "flying car" concept ready to fly in one minute, top speed 120 mph...Looks like it was designed by a chicken. Would have been nice to at least wanting to make it look as if it could fly......the flat tail rotor blades must be very efficient.
