I like it! But then I pretty much like anything with Det Cord and Flex Linear Shaped Charges! But why waste all the money to cut up the fuselage, just eject the rotors and have bigger rocket chutes and save everyone onboard? |

I like the way they don't mention the extra weight of the system... probably about 500 pounds at least.... Then, what people travelling in the helicopter might think of being in a spam can full of det cord and shaped xplozives? I can see why it didn't catch on.... |

Good old days.... blowing up shit like that gives you a woody! Well.... ya know. Nowadays they don't even allow "risky" full down autos so no damage can be done to the chopper. These guys blew the blades off |

Sooo, let me see if I got this concept, "As the speed of the aircraft increased, the observation posts ability to locate and track the aircraft decreased" Still having trouble wrapping my noodle around it. But if my time at YPG has taught me anything it is that by making a ridiculouly long documentary with a boring monotone narrator you can almost assure the second wave of Gov't funding! Don't forget to throw in some SwagBags with insulated coffee mugs and keychain flashlights to seal the deal. Oh, loved the video.... And the Cheyenne is one of my all time fav aircraft, so that testbed was cool, looked like one jet only! Sweet. |
