Who was the accident victim in Wisconsin?
Sad story. I can't even any longer believe "eyewitnesses" but apparently some guy heard the engine stop before the crash.
Either way. Condolences to the family.

Not positive - but I think this is the guy

(I am able to sometimes get WI radio stations and heard it there)
(Condolences say he was doing what he loved and now flying in heaven etc)

Sorry for the loss.
As the Gyro population starts to grow we will also see an increase in performance problems.
Some are inevitable, some are from neglect, and some are just plain stupidity.
I believe bad decisions have the highest numbers, but a survivor ain't gonna claim that shit.
Every time I ever damaged a gyro I was doin stupid shit. Yeah, that's right, I do stupid shit.
I am always sorry for the loss of life, but I am starting to become cold too sympathy.
As long as Gyro's have been flying, they have always had a high ratio of performance problems to flying machines.
