Hopefully many here are following the awesome trips of two round the world trips with gyrocopters, flying together. The first is James Ketchal in a new Magni M16 who just started his trip in the UK, and the other is Norman Surplus, in GYROX the Autogyro MTO (the one with the terrible dangerous rotor blades , wink, wink) who is actually completing his trip started in 2015, after they have finally obtained clearance to fly across Russia. One of the worst scoundrels in town died and his equally scoundrel brother asked the local preacher to do the funeral. Yes I can see the fatigue building! He does seem to be aware & taken some extra rest days ...and at present the weather is limiting his distances flown! I can imagine the pressure to get going on the Atlantic section ... before the weather up there turns wintery! Norman 's tales of that section make one realize how important it is to be fresh & have all chances to make good ADM decisions ... it really will be the biggest challenge ...coming at the end of the journey!
