. Near where I live is a small country band who have been playing for about 25 years or so , they call themselves "The Doc Walker Band" They have had a few successes thru the years and spend most winters in Nashville working on their music , then back here to Winnipeg for the summer. Nashville Predators and the Winnipeg Jets are in the NHL hockey finals and the band sings a parody of "The Gambler" set to lyrics written by local hockey fans Thought some of you music guys might like it .... scroll down to the video to hear the song http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/ ... -1.4642462 |
