I can see some value in that video though!
A hungry human is the most dangerous animal on this planet.
Preparation on a rational level doesn't hurt and you might end up having supplies for your hurricane days.
Periodically updating them helps by the way.
Stacking up with ammo that is also reasonable amount is also a good practice.
Learning water purifying would be a very valuable tool in Puerto Rico right now.

But some people do need the dramatic overplay just like some people need Tony Robbins to say motivational things.

In my opinion, anyone who doesn't have basic supplies stocked up because they think nothing can happen to the most powerful country on earth....has their head screwed into their ass.
