One hour and twenty eight minutes are now recorded in my otherwise blank logbook. I'm sorry to say it was in a fixed-wing, but it's all part of my plan to eventually 'graduate' to rotors. I just wanted to tell someone. |

Dont worry, flying a fixed wing is ALMOST as good as flying a gyro Nearly... Congrats.... now you will be hooked Bwahahahahahehehehehe Well done! |

at least you are flying! I did it all backwards, got the gyro first and now am getting fixed wing... Fixed wing is fun if it is a light sport (ultralight) cessnas are boring.. |

Actually we had a 150 and a couple of 152 Aerobats at my first flying school when I got to Australia.... (back in NZ I kearned in Grumman AA5's and a AA5B Tiger) The 150/152 's were an absolute blast to fly.... the 172 on the other hand.... I have to agree.... not much fun, but they do the job |
