Plans needed to convert a RAF to a drop keel and tall tail

I've been contacted by a friend who just bought a RAF kit un-assembled in the crate.
He want to drop the keep and add a tall tail. IIRC that's called a Sparowhawk conversion? Does anyone sell these plans? If not is there a hero here who could provide a copy at his expense?
