How is that for strength and balance in the first video? I have no idea how they can bend like that?? Sure, I could do it too.... once! then they would take me to hospital in an ambulance to repair all of the broken bones, torn ligaments and muscles.... the concussion from the fall (plummet) and to surgically remove the apple that got jammed up my nose when I fell on it  simply amazing....
