Thank you guys.

Yes, I had a very nice day. I had taken the day off, so I could invite wife, one daughter and two friends to a great fish buffet lunch. We tried eating steaks later, but could hardly get them down.

Then, the next day we went by ferry to Sweden and over the toll bridge to near Copenhagen to visit my family. I've just arrived back home to read your posts...

I have had a lot of "hygge"...

So many things are coming together now, I'm almost dizzy...

We are close to finishing our rejuvenated bathroom and guest toilet and I'm installing the Jacuzzi (1-person) spa I bought new ca. 16 years ago (how's that for NOS??).

I bought a nice tool holder system for my lathe (AXA Multifix size A) and I've been using both lathe and tool mill to fit it to the lathe. I've finally started using my larger machine tools - yeehaa!

I try to find the time to read up on UL ground school (hard to find). When I get my new glasses, I'll have a test drive in a RANS S6 to see, if I really mean it (about flight). And maybe a sailplane to really experience flight.

I can now (at 60) get my hands on my savings, so I'll buy a new (or slightly used - we'll see) car and there may be some left over for my gyro. But I'll have to feel at home in the air,
before I invest heavily in the gyro aluminum (from Sweden) plus hardware (a set from StarBee).

Cheers
Erik
