Close encounter with a drone

I had a very close encounter with an airplane type drone this morning at a thousand, so if anybody sees a video on YouTube or anywhere grab a screen shot. It was very unnerving.

WOW..... glad all is good. You do need to report it though Greg.
The only weapon we have against them.  _________________  A walk in the woods helps me relax and release tension. The fact that I am dragging a body should be entirely irrelevant! A simple thank you would have been enough for the morning coffee without all that "how did you get in here" nonsense. |

I was on the radio with Lakeland Tower at the time so they made a report
I hope the drone guy is dumb enough to post the video up somewhere and we find him that way _________________ I like to Fly!..... A lot!!!!! |

There was one at 3000 feet in dallas a commercial airline reported it. I have had several close ones with Mickey Mouse balloons both in the gyro and once in a jet.
