Just have the fire pit anyway  When the cops turn up, quickly put a dead lawnmower on top of the fire... and say "Shit!! I was just starting my lawnmower and the phucking thing burst into flames   .... see"    That's what I would do... but rules aren't for me.... they are just for other folk
