Nice view Benry, when I lived in the islands, it was interesting to note how different the cloud formations were compared to the ConUS. Now you are only about 8 hours from Muz.
Enjoy some fresh ahi , or Mahi mahi with some mango salsa.

.

Keep the pictures and info coming .... I slept through geography classes in school but now I hang on your every word Henry ... haaaa ... I actually had to look up Guam on the map .... looks a bit like paradise to me.

Would be interesting how your internet gets to the rest of the world , must beam up to a satellite , rebroadcast to several other satellites , and then back down to the other side of the world.

If you ever visit Muz I hear you should wear full body armor , camel-toe resistant goggles , and be prepared to bottle-feed farmerJims baby kangaroos.

Stay away from the edges! I heard from a Senator that Guam could tip over and capsize!

seems like Georgia has lots of Democrats that rank right up there in legendary stupidity...

John lewis, Cynthia McKinney, Hank Johnson, etc etc......

Henry might have to get himself one of those high speed sail boats (Proa) (invented in Guam) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proa I dont know much about them but they use an aerodynamic hull design for lift as well as a unique sail which they can shunt from side to side

And how do I know this ???????? ..... HAAAAA ... The other day I had to look up Guam to see where it is in the world and I came across this .....

The first European to discover Guam was Portuguese navigator Ferdinand Magellan, sailing for the King of Spain .... When Magellan arrived on Guam, he was greeted by hundreds of small outrigger canoes that appeared to be flying over the water, due to their considerable speed. These outrigger canoes were called Proas

..... the inhabitants "entered the ships and stole whatever they could lay their hands on" ... "Those people are poor, but ingenious and very thievish"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guam

I figure when Henry sees high speed flying sailboats he will want one

.

Bit more .....

When sailing in a strong wind, the crew of the proa act as ballast, providing a force to counteract the torque of the wind acting on the sail. The weight of the crew can provide considerable torque as they move out along the akas towards the ama. A skilled crew can balance the proa so that the ama leaves the water and skims over its surface; this is called "flying the ama", and gives the proa its nickname, the "flying proa". Flying the ama (the wetted surface) significantly reduces the drag of the proa. The proa gets its great potential for speed by combining the long, narrow shape of the vaka with the large amount of torque that the crew can apply on the akas.

What? Are they rowing it over in a dingy? Too bad you couldn't have taken it as 'hand luggage' :laughing :pop :yoda2 :Wolvie
