PRA is asking for TAX DEDUCTIBLE donations in order to save a piece of our history to donate it to our Museum.
It is a one of a kind gyroplane built in 1959 and it has an Continental A65 engine and a unique gas tank in the shape of a wing.

You can donate here and it is tax deductible. http://www.pra.org/donation.aspx?i=48
Every little donation will helps.
Just Click the Other checkbox and write in Save gyroplane.

How awesome :like :koolaid

I bet no one is game to fly it :eek :laughing

I think that gas tank IS a section of wing :like

What is the story on it? Who built it? Who are you guys wanting to buy it off and how did they get it? How much cash do you have to drum up? :noidea :like :pop

Edit: Maybe try 'crowd funding'?

I believe it was build by Herman R klockner of PA back at the same time Bensen was 1st building. It has a Continental A65 engine.
The cost is $3,000 that we need to help repay to Stan V.

Well as soon as I sent out the batch email our donation page was HACKED!!!
The hacker is the our old programmer that we paid to write the site and would not give us the source code.
I'm sure now as technical said the same thing they have to have knowledge to know what database files to change and how it will effect us.

I'm so glad we will have a new web-site SOON!

So if you got an error please try again now as Paolo emailed me with a heads up he could not donate.

And to Paolo

We received your donation and it had been applied to save the historic gyroplane for PRA's Museum.
