I received a request for a copy of an "Annual Condition" inspection logbook entry from a builder who has never done one.

Could one of you kind rotorheads scan a copy of what he needs to write in the logbook.

I certify this aircraft has undergone a Conditional inspection and was found in an airworthy condition In accordance with AC 43-13 Appendix D (note: All manuals for continued airworthiness, ADs, Manufactures Instructions shall be listed)

Aircraft hours_________________

Date_________________________

Name________________________

Certificate number______________(Airframe /Power plant - Repairmans Certificated )

And you also make another entry for the engine in the same fashion but add compressions and component times.

(Add the references of inspections for airframe and engines using manuals if any are used, other wise use 34-13 Appendix D)

Use the manuals and list from Appendix D and use a second set of eyes for safety.

That is easy... a full inspection consists of...

start at left main wheel....

kick the tire...

go to nose wheel...

kick that tire too...

move carefully to right main wheel...

kick that as well and to double check... push down on it with your foot :like

Then go to the little tail wheel and... if it is there still... just spin it a bit :like

After that... write on a piece of paper that Muz said it is KuuuuL :laughing

then lose the paper :noidea :wol2 :Wolvie

:Confederate
